In our Company the quality and product development are extensively inspected in all stages of production: from the initial inspection of the wheat grain in the warehouse of the producer, to the test of the final product.

The first stage includes the purchase of the excellent raw material. Our specialized staff samples the finest varieties of grain directly from the place of cultivation or storage. Then the raw material subjected to consecutive quality tests and laboratory quality controls to ensure the ultimate goal: the perfect final product. Wheat arrives at our factory and is stored under the strictest hygienic standards.

Then, the production takes place in the most modern facility that consists of specialized lines that grind soft and durum wheat. The miller, the most qualified and fully trained person, takes control of the milling process.

Each batch of produced flour is tested under the strictest standards from the quality control department. There, in the most modern laboratory, which is staffed with experienced scientific personnel, the quality of the products is being optimized and ensured.

In the final stage, every type of flour that is produced is checked in practice. This procedure takes place in the experimental bakery that we have in our company. We knead bread; we make sweets and bake them exactly like our customers do. Only then we are absolutely ready to deliver the product to your store or your business.

An entire fleet of private owned trucks are available on daily basis to perform faithfully and with respect every order in deference to your wishes.
